Westcliffe and Silver Cliff embrace a strong sense of small-town community. They provide time and opportunities for human connection across multiple boundaries.

Take a walk along Main Street, have dinner at a local restaurant or visit one of our attractions to begin feeling part of something special.

Without suburban sprawl, large highways and strip malls, Westcliffe’s and Silver Cliff’s sense of community goes back to the 1870s, when miners, cattlemen and German colonists first settled in the valley.

While Westcliffe and Silver Cliff have endured their share of changes, they retain a small-town charm. Drive along any back road and expect a Westcliffe Wave, or sit down for the annual Valley Strong Community Dinner in September to say thank you to the volunteers who keep the town and all its amazing events running throughout the year.
